These links will take you to as much guitar music as you will ever need. Most of the traditional repertoire is represented in the various sites. There is also music that is new and original as well as music that is seldom heard and has dwelt in obscure archives many years.

This site is a must for teachers and players interested in duet, ensemble and guitar orchestral work. If you are just starting out in this area there is all the advice and free music you need. Derek Hasted is one of England’s most experienced directors of group playing and directs and conducts the Hago Guitar Orchestra - which can be heard on Youtube

Here is a site that is second to none for variety. Eythor Thorlaksson has studied under the most illustrious teachers in the world. He has single-handedly developed this web site which contains classical,jazz,popular and folk music. There is both solo and ensemble music and it is all of the highest standard of both engraving and arranging. A must visit for any guitarist.

Guitar Down Under is more suited to the intermediate player and contains an excellent selection of classical and popular music in solo, duet and ensemble form. The works are well arranged and there as plenty of variety. Somewhere Over the Rainbow is a particular gem. There is also plenty of material here for teachers up to the intermediate level

Carl Boije amassed the most comprehensive collection of his era. The collection contains a massive amount of music of both the traditional and a few lesser known but influental composers covering the major developmental period of classical guitar. The site is commonly known as the Boije Collection.

The Royal Danish Library is another site that contains a large quantity of the work of the traditional composers. Its a little harder to navigate than other sites but it is worth the effort.
